Refund Policy

We will refund the purchase price of the software within seven days of purchase where the software has not been activated.

Where the software has been activated we may agree to refund the purchase price at the company's discretion if the customer demonstrates the software is faulty and the company does not offer a remedy.

Faults must be reported within twenty eight days.

Minimum PC operating requirements are clearly stated on the website and refunds will not be given where these minimum conditions are not met.
